Let op: aangepaste levering
Tijdens de feestdagen hanteren wij aangepaste levertijden. Van 22 december t/m 4 januari vinden er geen leveringen plaats. Bestellingen blijven uiteraard mogelijk en worden vanaf 5 januari weer ingepland voor levering.

At Infiltrationshop.nl BV we do our utmost to get your order to you as soon as possible. Below you will find our shipping policy with all the important information about delivery times, shipping costs and order processing.
Delivery time & Processing
- Orders placed on a working day before 4:00 PM , we try to deliver the next day .
- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day and usually delivered within 1-2 business days .
- In exceptional cases, such as stock shortages or busy periods, the delivery time may vary slightly. We will inform you of this by email.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of €50 or more (after any discounts and discount codes).
- For orders under €50, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. These depend on the weight and destination of your order.
- For large orders or pallet deliveries, different rates may apply.
Delivery & Track & Trace
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email, which you can use to track the delivery.
- We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery.
